Step-By-Step Online Ordering Instructions |
1. Start at our home page. Locate the navigation bar (a series of colored tabs) on the top of the screen. 2. If you are ordering from a catalog and know the product(s) you would like to order, click on the aqua Quick Order button. Enter the Item Number and Quantity, then click Order. Each item ordered will automatically appear at the bottom of your screen in your Shopping Cart. 3. To search for a product: Browse through our products by clicking on the dark orange Browse Products link on the navigation bar. Select the categories and grade levels you are searching for, then click the Show Me Matching Products button. Search for a product by name, number or keyword by entering one of them in the Search box, located under the navigation bar on the left-hand side. 4. If there are multiple matches to your search, a listing of those matches will appear. Each product is a link to a page that has information about that product. Click on the image, product name or product number to take you to a product-information page. 5. Each product-information page features a small image and details about the product. In many cases, additional information on using the product may be displayed by clicking on Ways to Use this product. Click on the image on the right-hand side of the page to see a larger version of it. At the bottom of the page, there are also images/links to products that complement the one you are interested in. 6. To order from the product-information page, enter the quantity in the Qty. box below the small image, then click on the orange Order button. The item will automatically appear in your Shopping Cart. 7. You may remove an item from your Shopping Cart at any time by using the Remove check box to the right of the Qty. box, then clicking the Update Cart button. To change the quantity, enter the quantity you would like in the Qty. box to the right of the product, then click the Update Cart button. 8. From your Shopping Cart, you can click one of three links at the bottom of the page. Continue Shopping will return you to the Browse Products page. Print Order to Mail or Fax Later will take you to a secure page where you may complete the information and print it for faxing or mailing to us. Process Order Now will also take you to a secure page where you may complete the information and send it to us online. To access your Shopping Cart, click on the icon located under the right-hand side of the navigation bar. 9. HAPPY SHOPPING! |
